Path to Small Group Leadership (not necessarily in this order)
- Active participant of an Harvest Small Group (this may involve serving as an apprentice leader)
- Participate in the Leadership Foundations Small Group
- Become a member of Grace Church
- Complete application for Small Group leadership, interview & receive recommendation by Family Leader
- Demonstrate and be Characterized by the qualifications listed below:
- Person of Character
- Faithful
- Available
- Teachable
- Spiritual Authenticity
- Commitment to Christ
- Compassionate: genuine love for people
- Contributor: participating in the body of Christ
- Ministry Fit - encompasses the necessary spiritual gifts, talents, temperament, experience, and passion to lead a small group.
- Team Fit
- Committed to the Grace Doctrinal Statement
- Embraces the purpose, vision, and strategy of the Small Group Ministry of Grace Church
- Able to relate well to other people and committed to the leadership of Grace Church
